Following the release of Niantic’s plans for the upcoming month, fans of Pokemon Go can expect the next few weeks to be quite hectic. It all starts with the first section of the Halloween event, which will be available for download on iOS and Android on the 20th of October. The chance to engage in combat with Mega Banette in Mega Raids is the highlight of the first phase of the event, which runs through October 27. Some players will even get the opportunity to capture a shiny variant of the potent Pocket Monster if they are particularly fortunate.

More information is provided by Niantic, which says, “Get ready for a major Halloween party this year—with none other than Mega Banette making its debut in Pokemon GO in Mega Raids!”

“The Pokemon GO Halloween event will be split into two sections, just like it was last year. There are going to be a lot of treats and tricks in store for you, such as a rework of the music from Lavender Town and Special Research with a Halloween theme. Naturally, there will also be a large number of Pokémon of the Ghost type wandering free.”

The notification verifies that Mega Banette will be joined by a greater number of Ghost Pokemon both in the wild and in 7KM eggs. These Ghost Pokemon will be available.

This includes a Shiny Noibat, Shiny Yamask, Shiny Galarian Yamask, and ordinary versions of Phantump and Golett. Also included is a Shiny Galarian Yamask.

Niantic will reward players with double candy for doing a variety of objectives, including capturing Pokemon. This is in addition to the frightening décor and new music that will be played during the evening.

Aside from that, gamers will have the opportunity to participate in both timed and unique research, the former of which will go live on October 20 at ten in the morning local time.

A remake of Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl is hinted at by Pokemon.

Niantic has provided players with fresh information regarding the November Community Day events, in addition to the ongoing Halloween event.

The Little Bear Pokemon, Teddiursa, will be the featured guest at the upcoming Community Day event, which will take place on November 12th.

It goes without saying that Teddiursa will show up in the wild more frequently, but Ursaluna will be making its first appearance ever within the game.

“And what the heck—is that a full moon in the middle of the day? During this event, the Ursaluna, the Peat-type Pokemon, will make its first appearance in Pokemon GO! You must evolve your Teddiursa into an Ursaring (Teddiursa’s Evolution) during a particular full moon in order to obtain your own own Ursaluna.

Other benefits include having three times as much Stardust, having twice as much sweets, having Lures and Incense modules that are longer, and having special treats for shooting pictures.

It is also important to keep in mind that the Classic Community Day event, which will feature Dratini, will take place on November 5.
